Virtual Physical Therapy

FPH Wellness offers tailored and empowering physical therapy solutions designed to support women on their wellness journey. Our virtual platform brings personalized physical therapy sessions to the comfort of your own space, focusing specifically on addressing the unique needs and challenges that women may face throughout the lifespan. Our services are available for clients living in the following states: Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and New Jersey, with more on the way!

Led by our experienced pelvic floor physical therapist, our virtual services focus on empowering women to take control of their pelvic health. We specialize in addressing a range of issues, including pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

We conduct a thorough initial assessment and develop a personalized treatment plan to address your specific health needs. This may include education on performance of manual techniques, stretches, or strengthening exercises. During follow up sessions, we will discuss any exercise regressions, modifications or progressions that are needed and provide appropriate educational materials in order to continue working toward your goals .

In-person Physical Therapy

If you live within a 30 minute radius of 20832 (Olney, MD), in-person home visits may be available upon request. 

Services include: manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, strength training, neuromuscular re-education, prenatal education, postpartum return to activity, return to running, gait analysis, functional training, and sport-specific training
