Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 ½ cups oats

  • ½ cup flax seed

  • ½ cup almonds

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients until a paste is formed

  2. Use an ice cream scooper to form balls and place on parchment paper to be refrigerated for 2-3 hours.

Per Serving (2 bites): 60 Calories, 2 g Fat, 0.5 g Sat Fat, 6 g Carbs, 4 g Fiber, 3 g Sugar, 4 g Protein
