Shamrock Shake Remix

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas, frozen

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 drops mint extract

  • 2 T Avocado chopped 

  • 2 T dark chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a magic bullet or blender for 3-5 minutes. 

  • Serve and enjoy!

 

Per serving (1 cup, serves 2): 180 calories; 3g fat; 1 g saturated fat, 25g carbohydrates; 10 g total sugars; 1g fiber; 11g protein; 40 mg sodium
