Mini Frittatas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked learn ground turkey

  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  • 3 cups Spinach

  • 12 Eggs, 6 full eggs, 6 egg whites

  • 1 t Black pepper, ground

  • 1 t salt

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 3 T chopped sundried tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease a non-stick muffin tin.

  • Cook ground turkey in skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  • Whisk together all ingredients and pour fill each muffin tin ¾ of the way

  • Bake for about 25 minutes and serve!
