Mini Frittatas
Ingredients
1 cup cooked learn ground turkey
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cups Spinach
12 Eggs, 6 full eggs, 6 egg whites
1 t Black pepper, ground
1 t salt
1 cup skim milk
3 T chopped sundried tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease a non-stick muffin tin.
Cook ground turkey in skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Whisk together all ingredients and pour fill each muffin tin ¾ of the way
Bake for about 25 minutes and serve!
