December Strawberry Santa Hats
Ingredients
1, 15-oz can rinsed black beans
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 t salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 t vanilla extract
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) container strawberries
Frosting:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 t vanilla extract
¼ cup powdered sugar, sifted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor, and blend until completely smooth.
Stir in the chips, and then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
Cook for 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes. Using a 1 inch round cookie cutter cut out the brownies.
Wash and remove stems from strawberries
For the frosting, whisk all ingredients together and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spread on top of brownie cut outs and on tip of strawberry.
