Ingredients:
3 cups Chopped Kale with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, lemon pepper, and balsamic glaze
4 T Dried cranberry’s
2 cups roasted Brussel sprouts(baked in EVOO, lemon juice, and balsamic vinaigrette at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes)
2 cups chopped roasted sweet potatoes
1 cup Broccoli sprouts
1 cup edamame
1 cup kraut
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
4 T hemp hearts
1 can chickpeas roasted with turmeric
