Gut Nourishing Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Chopped Kale with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, lemon pepper, and balsamic glaze

  • 4 T Dried cranberry’s

  • 2 cups roasted Brussel sprouts(baked in EVOO, lemon juice, and balsamic vinaigrette at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes)

  • 2 cups chopped roasted sweet potatoes

  • 1 cup Broccoli sprouts

  • 1 cup edamame

  • 1 cup kraut

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 4 T hemp hearts

  • 1 can chickpeas roasted with turmeric
